- Media Uploads: If you upload images or clinical data to the website, you should avoid uploading files with embedded location data (EXIF GPS). Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

You can also request that we entirely erase any personal data we hold. This does not include any data we are legally obliged to keep for administrative or security purposes.
